You can enjoy a tasty, unsweetened drink in any situation. Are you in the garden? Pop a tea bag into a glass of cold water. Or perhaps you’re on the go? Nothing could be simpler – pop a teabag into a water bottle or flask. You don’t need boiling water to brew a fruit and herbal tea that will enchant you with its flavour and aroma. Adjust the brewing time to suit how intense a flavour you prefer. 5 minutes is enough for the drink to take on a refreshing flavour, but if you want to experience the full, distinct taste of the fruit, don’t hesitate to leave the tea bag in for longer. One tea bag is enough to make 200 ml of an intensely aromatic drink, but if you prefer a milder flavour, you can add more water. Try it for yourself to see how you like it best.
