Our team will make every effort to ensure the shortest possible delivery time from the moment the order is placed (or the funds are credited to your account in the case of prepayment). However, due to the use of third-party companies for delivery, delivery times may be extended – in such cases, you will be notified electronically.
Mokate E-com Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to verify the order. In this case, an additional email will be sent requesting confirmation of the new order. All orders are delivered via the courier companies listed below. The maximum weight of a single package is 30 kg. Larger orders will be processed by sending the appropriate number of packages.
