Browsing the offer in the Mokate online sales system does not require logging in or registering. Because the presented offer is constantly expanding with new, interesting products and attractive promotions, we recommend signing up for the newsletter.

When placing your order, you can choose how you would like the invoice delivered. It can be included in the shipment with the goods or delivered electronically.

  • You can place an order by phone by calling +48 32 420 7382  
  • You can place an order by email by sending a message to shop@mokate.com.pl
  • You can also contact the store and request a cancellation. You can do this by calling +48 32 420 7382 or sending an email to shop@mokate.com.pl.

On the day your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number. This allows you to easily track its progress online. In your Customer Panel at mokate.com.pl, under the MY ORDERS tab.

You can change all your details as follows:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click the MY DETAILS box in the upper right corner of the page.
  • Manage your details in the store. CLICK SAVE

For your security, we store the password you provided during registration only in encrypted form. If you've forgotten your password:

Click the "Log in" box in the upper right corner of the page.

Click the "Forgot your password" box below the login form.

Enter your email address, and a link to activate your new password will be sent to you.

You can also contact the store staff, who will issue you a new password.

  • Click the "Register" box in the upper right corner of the page.
  • Fill in your details.
  • Click the "Register" button.

Details regarding payment methods and delivery options for ordered products can be found in the COST.

Ordering products in the Store requires registration by the ordering person or entity. The information provided is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and shipping the ordered products or, if consent is given, for marketing purposes, including sending the Newsletter.

After placing your order, you must confirm it within 48 hours by clicking the link automatically sent to the email address provided in the registration form. Failure to confirm will result in your order being canceled.
