This plum and nut bar with a hint of almond brings to mind the taste of homemade cake in a handy format. It contains chicory inulin – a natural prebiotic fibre that supports gut flora – as well as magnesium and vitamin E, which support muscle health and protect cells from oxidative stress. A healthy gut aids digestion, immunity and energy levels, whilst well-nourished ‘good’ bacteria help maintain the body’s balance. The sweetness comes exclusively from dates and juicy plums – with no added sugar or artificial flavours.
